COVID-19 SERVICE STATMENT

Current Status 07/08/2020: Service remains uninterrupted

Due to the large order volumes and restrictions to working, please allow 3-5 working days on top of your delivery method outlined before contacting us.

When your order arrives at the delivery depot you will receive a message, via text or email, with instructions from the courier.

We apologise for any delays you may encounter. 

Due to the unprecedented demand on Carriers please sign for the delivery as unchecked. This way if there is any unnoticed damage at the time of delivery to your product this will preserve your position if you later discover the product is in fact damaged.

Orders with multiple items may be delivered by separate couriers on different days.

Orders containing Pre-Order items will be sent out in full when all the items are in stock.

Pleased to report that deliveries and installations are progressing well and we envisage no significant delays on the completion of these services, based on the current government guidelines. Rest assured our service teams strictly adhere to the recommended health and safety guidelines and social distancing regulations. Stay safe everyone.

Following on from the statement made by the Prime Minister tonight, we would like to reassure customers that our service remains uninterrupted.

 

We are taking all necessary steps to protect our employees and are working very closely with our transport and delivery companies to ensure our normal delivery services remain uninterrupted.

During this unprecedented time, we would like to reassure our customers that, in accordance with current government guidelines & policy, we are operating as normal and our supply lines are open and fully functioning. We work closely with our transport & delivery companies in order to ensure that we have the latest up to date news concerning their ongoing abilities to deliver our products to you our customers and at the moment we are pleased to be able to offer all of our usual delivery services. Should this change, we will update this statement with any new information on this website.

 

In accordance with the latest advice, our employees have been instructed to maintain the highest possible standards relating to hand hygiene throughout the working day and not to attend work should they display any symptoms related to the virus. We urge our customers to do the same.
